The plans
Prices are in US dollars. Every plan covers unlimited devices and includes everything Kellet does. Accountability partners never pay.
- Monthly,$15 a month. Cancel any time.
- Annual,$119 a year, which works out at $9.92 a month.
- Lifetime,$349 once. Sold in limited batches; the Billing page shows how many are left.
The free trial
Every new account gets 14 days free. The days start when you confirm your email address, or straight away if you sign up with Google. No card is needed. You are reminded with 7, 3 and 1 days to go, the left-hand menu shows the days remaining, and a banner appears for the last five.
Choosing a plan during the trial starts it, and its billing, straight away.
Paying
Choosing a plan on the Billing page opens a secure Stripe checkout. It asks for a billing address, works out any tax, and accepts promotion codes.
Once you have paid, a link on the Billing page opens Stripe, where your receipts, invoices and card details are.
A plan bought in the Kellet Android app is managed in Google Play instead, and the Billing page offers Manage in Google Play.
Switching between monthly and annual
Switch on the Billing page. Before anything is charged it shows the exact amount, with any tax, and the date your new plan renews.
Monthly to annual is charged today, and you are on annual straight away. The days left on your monthly plan are not lost: they are added to the end of the year, so annual renews a year after the date your monthly plan was paid until. If monthly is paid until November 2, annual renews on November 2 the following year. If the card is declined, nothing changes and you stay on monthly.
Annual to monthly starts when the year you have already paid for runs out, and you are charged then, not today. You can call it off until it starts.
In the Kellet Android app, Google Play makes the switch. A switch to annual there is also charged straight away, and Google turns what is left of your monthly plan into extra time on the annual plan.
Cancelling
Cancel on the Billing page; telling us why is optional. You keep everything until the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged. Until that date, Resume subscription undoes the cancellation.
If a payment fails
You get seven days to sort it out, and everything keeps blocking in the meantime. A banner says how many days are left. Update your card through the Stripe link on the Billing page.
