When it happens
- The trialends 14 days after it started, with no extra days. It starts when you confirm your email address, or when you sign up if you use Google.
- A cancelled planends on the last day of the period you paid for.
- A failed paymentends the plan seven days after the payment failed, unless it is sorted out first.
What your devices do
Every device stands down: your rules stop being enforced, the web filter is switched off, and nothing is blocked. This happens even on a device that is offline at the time.
Kellet can then be removed from any device with no request and no wait. The Cooldowns page says Your subscription has ended. Kellet can be removed from this device with no wait., and the uninstaller lets you straight through.
What you can still do
Sign in, open Billing, Profile and Notification settings, and turn alerts off. Every other page takes you to Billing, which says the agent has stood down and offers the plans.
Partners can no longer change your settings until you choose a plan again.
Switching protection back on
Choose a plan on the Billing page. Devices that still have Kellet installed pick it up and start enforcing your rules again.
